Em Sherif opened in Beirut in 2011 — Lebanese socialite Mireille Hayek's homage to her mother's Damascus-Beirut home cooking. The format is unchanged across all eight Em Sherif outposts (Beirut, Riyadh, Doha, Dubai, London, etc.): a single set menu of 30+ dishes served family-style at AED 350pp. There is no à la carte. There is no ordering. You sit. The food arrives.

The Dubai Atlantis Palm outpost opened in 2018 and quickly became the city's reference Lebanese fine-dining experience. The dishes parade out: 12 cold mezze (hummus, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, fattoush, kibbeh nayyeh), 8 hot mezze (manakish, sambousek, fried kibbeh), 4 mixed-grill mains (shish taouk, lamb kofta, kafta, beef shish), three desserts, Turkish coffee.

MICHELIN-recommended in 2024-2026. The price (AED 350pp set) is genuinely fair for the volume and quality. Friday brunch goes to AED 395pp with live music. It's the Lebanese feast benchmark in Dubai.

Final Verdict

Em Sherif Dubai is the city's Lebanese-feast reference. AED 350pp set dinner is genuinely fair for the 30-dish volume; AED 395pp Friday brunch is even better value with live music. Book 2-3 weeks ahead. Best for groups of 4-8.
